REYNA GRANDE

"The Distance Between Us: A Memoir"

Reyna Grande is the author of the critically acclaimed novels Across a Hundred Mountains and Dancing with Butterflies. Her latest book, The Distance Between Us, is a memoir about her life before and after illegally immigrating from Mexico to the United States at the age of nine. She teaches creative writing workshops and is at work on a new book.

Presentation is free and open to the public

All lectures are held at 3 p.m. in the University Library Gallery at Sacramento State and are FREE and open to the public.
