The Sac State Farm-to-Fork "Bites on the Bridge", featuring sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, will be planned, prepared, and served by Sacramento State students in Professor Kelly Thompson’s Food Production & Sustainability course. Appetizers and desserts will be provided; beer and wine will be also be offered. The event takes place on the Guy West Bridge. The theme for this year is sustainability. The appetizers and desserts theme is "Tastes from around the World."

Proceeds from the event benefit Sac State's Bioconversion and Agricultural Collaborative (BAC Yard).
