Sacramento State's One World Initiative and the Environmental Studies Department present a special lecture entitled  "Impact of Dams and Upstream Diversions on Hydrology, Water Quality, and Biodiversity in the Southern Mesopotamian Marshes"  by Dr. Nadir Salman Abo-Tubikh from the University of Basrah Marine Science Center in Iraq.
