Wage and Hour Law Basics
This presentation will address wage and hour law basics including the application of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other state and federal laws related to work hours and wages.  Participants will learn the basics of the FLSA’s requirements including a discussion of overtime pay and the meaning of exempt v. non-exempt status.   The presenter will utilize workplace examples to apply the principles taught in the session.
